Ashoka Lion Consulting and/or agents/broker associates may provide and/or facilitate services you have elected to separately contract for in associated industries to include but not limited to lending, credit reporting, credit repair, inspection services, property maintenance, contracting, repair services, various property warranty companies, insurance, and tenant protections programs, that Ashoka Lion Consulting may or may not benefit from.

Ashoka Lion Consulting takes no responsibility or liability with regard to the separate services provided as identified within this addendum.

All parties agree to hold harmless Ashoka Lion Consulting to include all agents, employees, et al. Furthermore, all parties understand and agree they have choices in all associated industries pertaining to this transaction.

You are under no obligation to use any of the above referenced services. In fact, we encourage you to obtain at least 3 bids for any services desired and to investigate for yourselves which companies will give you the best value and service.
