Better Buy Realty has established a variety of business relationships and/or ownership interests in companies that may be involved in your transaction. These relationships have been formed for the purpose of making transactions successful.
All parties acknowledge that Better Buy Realty, and any licensed agents/broker associates with Better Buy Realty, may provide or facilitate services which Better Buy Realty may or may not benefit from.
Better Buy Realty and/or agents/broker associates may provide and/or facilitate services you have elected to separately contract for in associated industries to include but not limited to lending, credit reporting, credit repair, inspection services, property maintenance, contracting, repair services, various property warranty companies, insurance, and tenant protections programs, that Better Buy Realty may or may not benefit from.
Better Buy Realty takes no responsibility or liability with regard to the separate services provided as identified within this addendum.
All parties agree to hold harmless Better Buy Realty to include all agents, employees, et al. Furthermore, all parties understand and agree they have choices in all associated industries pertaining to this transaction.
You are under no obligation to use any of the above referenced services. In fact, we encourage you to obtain at least 3 bids for any services desired and to investigate for yourselves which companies will give you the best value and service.
This Rental Process and Application Disclosure are hereby made an integral part of my/our rental application. I/we do hereby acknowledge that I/we understand and agree to the terms of application and rental process as described herein. I/we further acknowledge that I/we have seen and previewed the rental property for which we are applying.
